Sales Particulars
Our Sales particulars are smart and professional. As well as listing the essential facts we highlight your property’s features. With digital technology they can be produced in 24 hours. Where required, internal and garden photographs will be taken. We can also arrange for larger brochures to be printed for the more expensive properties, and these have proved to be very popular. We can include floor plans for properties where deemed necessary.
Boards
Eye catching ‘for sale’ boards have been designed to create enquiries as well as to pinpoint location for active viewers. We have had many comments about our boards and indeed some vendors choose us to market their properties because of them. Smaller boards can be arranged for terraced properties or flats.
Website
Our website has been professionally built by Sambecketts, our creative marketing company. It is estimated that 70%of house hunters start their search on the net, and so we decided our site had to be both easy to use and informative.
Enquiries are picked up immediately and dealt with straight away. We take good care to promote our website to maximise interest.
RightMove
All our properties will also be marketed on RightMove as so many of our purchasers use this Website to start their search. This gives us access to 300,000 visitors a month, so we can market your property to even more potential purchasers. It also means we are working to promote your property even when the branch is closed. Potential buyers can e-mail us to arrange viewings around the clock.
We can get a number of reports from this site including visits to your property, which we forward to vendors. We chose RightMove as opposed to the other sites available because they have a 71% market share out of the top 5 property portals by pages visited (Source: Hitwise August 2003). This makes it the UK’s number one property Website.
Window and Wall Display
All properties are on display in the office and our window is rotated on a regular basis to attract as much attention as possible.

Advertising
All properties are advertised in the Salisbury Journal, in full colour, on a regular and ongoing basis. We plan our advertising campaign carefully so that each property gets full exposure but without the risk of over advertising. We also use Salisbury Life and other publications as and when it would be a benefit.
Viewings
One of the main differences at Venditum is that all viewings, where possible, are carried out personally by Matt, Tony and occasionally Antonia. This is a major advantage to both vendor and purchaser. Meeting the buyer provides an intimate understanding of their needs and desires, whilst the stress is taken away from the owner. Viewings are carried out 6 days a week to suit vendor and purchasers and feedback will be given to the vendor as soon as possible.
