Matt Glover

Matt joined Venditum at the beginning and played a vital role in the concept and launch of the business and is now a Director of the company. He has over 15 years of estate agency experience and was senior manager for a large corporate agency. His negotiating skills are endless as is his energy and positive attitude. A keen golfer and Southampton football club supporter, Matt and his partner have two young children and live in Salisbury.

   Michelle Sheppard

Michelle is a Director of Venditum. She has previous experience in estate agency, at Penyards and Humberts. She also runs a business called Blackberry Financial Advice and has been a financial adviser for over 20 years. A keen horse rider, Michelle is married with three young children. Having been born on a farm herself, she is keen to introduce her children to the country way of life and family values.

   Anthony Lovatt-Williams

Having been in estate agency for 30 years Tony joined Venditum in August 2004. He has worked for companies such as James Harris (now Knight Frank) and Austin & Wyatt, dealing primarily with country homes. Tony is married with three young children and is a very keen gardener and DIY enthusiast.

   Amber Sharpe

Having graduated from Cardiff University, Amber joined Venditum as Administrative Assistant in January 2006 to pursue her interest in property. With her helpful nature, she has fast become part of the Venditum team and has now become our Marketing Assistant. In her spare time, Amber enjoys going to the cinema and travel.
